Dumbarton Scholastic Chess Tournament

Reserve : K-12(under 1000) 4SS, G/30
Novice: K-5 (Under 500), 4SS, G/30
Note that this is a side event to the Maryland Scholastic Chess Championships being held at the same site starting on Saturday 3/15. Registration for that tournament is at http://mdstates08.eventbrite.com
Trophies to top players in each section.
US Chess Federation membership is required. New USCF members should join the USCF at http://www.uschess.org before registering to get an ID number or join with their registration. All at-the-door US Chess federation memberships will be assessed a $5 handling charge.
Entrance Fees: $10 if received by 2/15 (online or mailed), $15 if received by 3/11, $25 by 5pm on 3/15, or $30 at the door on Sunday.

Online entries are at http://dumbarton08.eventbrite.com/ . At the door registration is from 8:00am-9am. All at-the-door registrations will receive 1st round ½ point bye.Rounds: 1st round for both starts @ 10:00 sharp. Food will be available for purchase at the site.
Directions: Take the Baltimore Beltway I-695 toward Towson. Take exit 25, Charles Street, south. Proceed approximately 1.7 miles. Turn left on Bellona Ave. and proceed to the first light, turn left onto Stevenson Lane, and ¼ mile bear right onto Dumbarton Road. Dumbarton is the second school on your left.
